Accipiter

Accipiter is a hard red winter wheat. It was developed by the Crop Development Centre in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The wheat has a high rate of winter survival along with strong yield. This variety is a semi-dwarf with strong straw and good stem rust resistance. Farm and Ranch Guide ranks Accipiter #3 in winter hardiness.

Peregrine

Peregrine is a hard red winter wheat developed at the Crop Development Centre in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Peregrine is suitable for feed, ethanol, and milling. The straw strength is high in Peregrine however is taller than most other winter wheats.Peregrine is resistant to leaf, stem and stripe
